After posting my mouth-watering list of Keto Chicken recipes a few of my social media supporters asked for an extended list of quick and easy keto beef recipes. I’ve tested all of these recipes when I created them, but I personally substitute ground turkey for beef so I don’t have images for this list. I do apologize, but I hope you enjoy the list anyway. And remember, if you’re not a huge ground beef fan – you can use ground turkey, ground pork, or ground chicken in any of the recipes on this list. Enjoy!
Keto Ground Beef Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: jalapeños or diced green chilies
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and optional jalapeños or diced green chilies.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Keto Ground Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped cauliflower and cook until tender.
- Add the heavy cream and cream cheese, and stir until melted.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Keto Ground Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, and minced garlic, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
- Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half.
- Stir in the sour cream and xanthan gum, and continue to simmer until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
Keto Ground Beef Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- Lettuce leaves for serving
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- Serve the ground beef in lettuce leaves, and top with sliced avocado, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
Keto Ground Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the broccoli florets, minced garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the broccoli is tender.
- Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve over cauliflower rice.
Keto Ground Beef and Cabbage Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine, cover the skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
- Serve hot.
Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Heat a wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the broccoli florets, minced garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the broccoli is tender.
- Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve hot over cauliflower rice.
Keto Ground Beef Enchiladas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Fill each tortilla with the ground beef mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the enchilada sauce over the tortillas, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Keto Taco Salad with Ground Beef
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 6 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, sliced avocado, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, diced onion, and diced tomato.
- Top with the cooked ground beef, and drizzle with sour cream and salsa.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped cauliflower and cook until tender.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: marinara sauce for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
